How long have you been into fitness personally? 

I started in the gym in 1989 and I have been consistent ever since. I always challenge myself and my body, I change up my diet, I experiment with new foods, and I invest a lot of time, effort and money into personally developing and evolving myself.

How long have you been a health coach? 

Since 2018 so for 5 years now.

How old are you and how have your goals and routines changed through the years (if any)? 

I'm 55 years old. I lost my only brother to a sudden heart attack in 2006. My brother's passing led me to further improve my health, take classes in health, study extensively, obtain my yoga and nutrition certification in college. My brother is my WHY and my passion behind my company, LTLTE, and helping others improve their health so they can live a longer, healthier, and happier life than my brother did.

What is the biggest stumbling block you see with your clients?

Shifting their mindset, getting out of their comfort zone, and doing the inner work that it takes to have long term success with their health and sustain their weight loss.

What has been one of the biggest successes you've seen from a client? 

A 54 year old woman losing 50 pounds in 6 month, arriving at a weight she hadn't been at for over 20 years, and eliminating 3 medications.

A 28 year old woman eliminating 15 medications (yes 15!) over the course of 3 years.

Do you love what you do? .

YES! I'm extremely passionate about helping others improve their health from the inside out. I love celebrating my client successes.

What's your greatest piece of advice regarding their health?

Drink more water, eat more vegetables, be willing to taste new foods, and start moving your body daily. Invest time, money and effort in yourself and your health because you are the most important person there is, and without your health you have nothing.
