AARAV'S NEWBORN PHOTOS

Gosh this little sweet newborn session was so much fun for us. This little guy arrived to the studio, fed, and he slept THE entire time. We didn't do one pause for changes, feedings, etc. He just rolled with it. It was super special getting to incorporate a few pictures with his mom and dad and even his grandmother who is here for a few weeks to help out. I just love newborn sessions in our studio, and I love the simplicity of our prop selections these days. Moms are really asking for neutral colors in our wraps and backdrops, and I think those are what are timeless through the years.

With each blog post of our photography sessions, I try to note one tidbit of help to plan. One of the biggest helps in newborn photography sessions is to either have a formula bottle or breastmilk bottle for us. If we do need to pause to feed, we can do that mid transition rather than passing off to mom. Also, I find that moms are just exhausted and welcome the help of someone else tending to their new little one. So it's nice that new parents can really just walk in and leave everything to us while we work or magic.
